Order Confirmation Emails
When an order has been submitted by a customer, an email confirmation will go to the customer, as well as the the “admin@staffordmealsonwheels.org.au” inbox.
The top part of the email will give you information about the Order number, Date of the order ad the Customers name.
You will then see the details of the order, in the middle of the email.
The table will show:
- The product ordered
- The type (e.g: Bread type, or Hot/Cold)
- The week and the day of the menu, that the product comes from.
The footer of the email shows what kind of purchase process was used (e.g: Credit card, Pay on Delivery or Direct Debit).
It also shows the order totals before and after tax.
Lastly, it provides the delivery address for the customer.
